Terms (Don't be a knob)

NO-BRAINER WARNING: YOU KNOW AS WELL AS WE DO THAT SNOWBOARDING CAN BE A HAZARDOUS ACTIVITY. LET’S NOT PRETEND HERE. YOU CAN FALL AND YOU CAN GET HURT.

THE BOARD BINDINGS ARE ‘NON RELEASE’ - EVEN WHEN YOU HIT THE GROUND OR A JUMP OR ANOTHER SNOWBOARDER. NO AMOUNT OF IMPACT WILL RELEASE THE BINDINGS. RIDING A SNOWBOARD AND USING ANY SNOWBOARD RELATED PRODUCTS CAN CAUSE SERIOUS INJURY TO VARIOUS PARTS OF YOUR BODY. AND EVEN WITH A HELMUT ON, A HEAD INJURY COULD MEAN DEATH.

WE WANT YOU TO BE SAFE. ALL SNOWBOARDERS SHOULD GET DECENT INSTRUCTION FROM A QUALIFIED SNOWBOARDING INSTRUCTOR BEFORE USING ANY SAVAGE PANDA SNOWBOARDING EQUIPMENT (AND NO, YOUR MATE DOESN’T QUALIFY).

IF YOU’D LIKE YOUR CHILDREN TO RIDE WITH YOU, IT’S YOUR RESPONSIBILITY TO WATCH THEM AND GET THEM PROPER LESSONS - NO YOU DON’T QUALIFY FOR THIS EITHER. WE LOVE YOUR CHILDREN AND WE WANT THEM TO BE SAFE - SO GET THEM PROPER INSTRUCTION FROM A QUALIFIED INSTRUCTOR.

SAVAGE PANDA SNOWBOARDS SHALL NOT BE HELD LIABLE FOR ANY INJURY, LOSS, DAMAGE, DIRECT OR CONSEQUENTIAL, ARISING FROM THE USE OR INABILITY TO USE OUR BOARDS.
